Our Expertise
We listen, get to know you, your needs, your dreams and those of your customers and partners. We are about finding new or reinventing materials and assembly solutions for small to large businesses, with an emphasis on the smaller company. From there we customize an approach based on some very simple innovation principles in the space of interest. We then look across the universe of technologies and trends and then create, assess, evaluate and commercialize viable innovations that are truly practical and deployable. Ideas or innovations are one thing - realistically deploying them effectively and profitably is another.
Together we will achieve your goals in a realistic manner that emphasizes minimizing risk while maximizing returns and capital efficiency.

Innovation is a lifestyle, not a bunch of metrics!
A recent Forbes article on innovation metrics strongly implies that measuring activities is critical to success. Maybe. Maybe not. Innovation activities simply for the sake of doing something without context and insight from the measure may be in fact very misleading. ROI and NPV are obvious measures, but we all do that anyway. The other measures discussed are in fact not necessarily appropriate at all. I see innovation as a lifestyle. If you're not doing it 100% of the time, as a part of your body and soul, it's hard to be truly innovative.
